Purchases & Subscriptions

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply information relevant to your Purchase including credit card details, billing address, and shipping information.

Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund policy.

Free Trial: Suasiv, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up.

Refunds

We issue refunds for Contracts within thirty (30) days of the original purchase of the Contract.

Content & Intellectual Property

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service.

Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Suasiv, Inc. and its licensors. Phasis is a product of Suasiv, Inc. protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Service:

• • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• • For the purpose of exploiting or harming minors.
• • To transmit "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
• • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or another user.
• • To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying materials.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide us with feedback concerning errors or suggestions for improvements. By providing feedback, you grant Suasiv, Inc. an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, and perpetual right to use such feedback.
